Our next program is just around the corner! If you, or someone you know, is interested in enrolling please call or email us today for additional information. The first step to complete is receiving a prescription from your child’s pediatrician to participate in the program. That can then be faxed to us at 480.275.8173. Once received, we will give you a call and get you on the list for our upcoming January 2012 program (to kick off January 7th).
